Wednesday, Jan. 10
• Ladjuan Guichard, 46, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. for Lynn warrant charges of annoying phone calls, false crime report and false report to public safety dispatcher.

Thursday, Jan. 11
• Sondra Noonan, 39, of Weymouth, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class A drug and shoplifting by concealing merchandise. He also faces a Boston warrant charge of shoplifting by asportation and Beverly warrant charges of OUI liquor (second offense), reckless endangerment to children, operating motor vehicle with license suspended (subsequent offense), marked lanes violation, alcohol from open container in motor vehicle and furnishing false name or social security number.

Saturday, Jan. 13
• Thomas Russo, 56, of Winthrop, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. and charged with larceny over $250 by single scheme, shoplifting by price tag tampering and organized retail crime.
• Shaheim Grant, 22, of Somerville, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. and charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug and distribution of a Class D drug.
• Roberto Portillo Deras, 23, of Chelsea, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. and charged with carrying a firearm with ammunition and firearm with defaced serial number.
