Man Arrested for 'Upskirting' on Bus had Child Porn
Police arrested an Everett man after he was allegedly taking photos on the 109 bus.
A man arrested for taking photographs up females' skirts was also found to have child pornography on his cell phone, transit police said Monday.
Officers responded to the Sullivan Square MBTA station to speak with an alleged victim and witnesses who said a man was taking "upskirt" photographs on the Route 109 bus.
Officers ascertained the man was Mark Barry, 51, of Everett. Barry was arrested Friday. When police searched his cell phone, they allegedly found child pornography.

Barry was charged with possession of child pornography and secretly video taping. He was set to be arraigned Monday in Charlestown District Court.
