Masturbating Man Tracked Down in Somerville

SOMERVILLE, MA—A Somerville man who was reportedly masturbating in public has been tracked down by Somerville Police.

Somerville Police saw Fransisco Patino, 58 Ibbetson Street, running down Cragie Street with his hands in his pockets when he was ordered by Officer Alan Monaco to take his hands out of his pockets on Jan. 16, reported by Wicked Local Somerville based on the police report.

Patino immediately lied down on the ground with his hands out of his pockets, as ordered to do so by police.

Wicked Local Somerville reports that police originally responded to Lowell Street based on reports of a man exposing himself.

A witness told police that his wife witnessed Patino outside of their house, and that he was masturbating with his pants halfway down.

Patino has been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior.
