Missing Dog May Have Been Stolen: Animal Control

SOMERVILLE, MA – A dog reported missing in Everett may have been stolen on the Fourth of July, according to Everett Animal Control. Julie escaped when fireworks went off on Avon and Main Street in Everett. She has a Somerville address on her tag.

Julie, a 4-year-old, 20-pound dog, was dragging a leash and is microchipped. She is on daily medication and has been without it since she went missing, Everett Animal Control wrote in a July 9 Facebook post.
