Boston Harbor Cruise Ship Hosts Specialty Halloween Cruise on Saturday, October 31st
The Odyssey is embarking on a musical voyage back in time this Halloween with a haunted swing dance and dinner cruise unlike anything seen on the moonlit waters of Boston Harbor.
Boston’s most terrifying cruise ship is resurrecting the swing era with the help of Dan Gabel and the Abletones Swing Combo, as vocalist Elise Roth serenades the spirits of the late 1920s, ‘30s and ‘40s with bone chilling favorites from the era.
Guests will be treated to the Odyssey’s devilishly delicious Prix Fix Diner Menu while dancing the night away and taking in breathtaking views of the harbor and city skyline. Ladies, wear your best flappers and feathers while men, bring your most stylish suits, wide brimmed fedoras and flat caps as there will be a costume competition on board for the most appropriately dressed duo, matching attire from the time period.

Dan Gabel and The Abletones Swing Combo, featuring vocalist Elise Roth is an authentic swing combo specializing in swing jazz music of the late 1920s, ‘30s and ‘40s. Bandleader Dan Gabel, graduated with a Masters Degree in 2014 from New England Conservatory of Music, and is an active trombonist, arranger, bandleader and teacher in the Greater Boston music scene.
