'One Minute Bandit' Behind 10 Boston-Area Bank Robberies: Feds
The suspect in robberies in Somerville, Boston and Cambridge got his name from a threat he allegedly made to bank tellers.

BOSTON, MA – The FBI is seeking information about a suspected serial bank robber whose alleged threat has become his moniker. The "One Minute Bandit," wanted in the robberies of 10 banks in Somerville, Boston and Cambridge, allegedly told each teller they had exactly one minute to turn over all their money.
The robberies took place between December and July. Each time, the suspect passed a note to the teller, threatened a weapon and demanded cash, the FBI said. He fled each scene on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 40s to early 50s and about 5-foot-7 or 5-foot-8 with a medium build. He wore a baseball hat covered by a hooded jacket in each robbery, according to the FBI.
