Police Booking Log: Aug 30-Sept. 5

The following arrest information was supplied by the Somerville police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Somerville police made 10 arrests over the past week. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Violent

On Aug. 30, Daniel Percival, 29, of 46 Marshall St., Somerville, was arrested outside the city and charged with attempted murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and intimidation of a witness.

On Sept. 2, Michael McMahon, 18, of 20 Dickinson St., Somerville, was arrested at home for threatening to commit a crime and assault and battery. 

On Sept. Tragiou Demetrius, 30, of 56 Broadway, Somerville,  and charged with threatening to commit a crime, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and kidnapping. He also had several warrants for his arrest for assault and battery, trespassing, resisting arrest, theft and unarmed robbery.

Driving under the influence

On Aug. 31, Jerome Ali, 33, of 132 Central St., Somerville, was arrested at 299 Broadway and charged with driving under the influence of liquor. 

On Sept. 2, Marco Rodriguez, 34, of 204 Park Ave., Revere, was arrested for driving under the influence of liquor and having an open bottle of it in his vehicle. 

Theft

On Sept. 4, Aniello Tiberi, 75, of 37 7th St., Medford, was arrested at 77 Middlesex Ave. and charged with shoplifting. 

Drugs

On Sept. 2, Brittany Collins, 21, of 4 Concord Ave., Somerville, was arrested at 167 Broadway and charged with having a class B drug. 

At the same time, Briane Barnoski, 22, of 26 Clement St., Malden, was arrested and charged with distributing a class B drug and doing so near a school. 

Other

On Aug. 30, Vincent Distasio, 28, of 17 Crocker St., Somerville, was arrested on Broadway for driving with a suspended license. 

On Aug. 31, Alfredo Foti, 51, of 68 Bonair St., Somerville, was arrested at his home and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
