Police Nab Woman Wanted For Somerville Bank Robberies

Police in Somerville arrested a woman wanted in connection to a pair of recent bank robberies on Tuesday.

Linda Hennessy, 55, of Cambridge, was charged with unarmed robbery.

Hennessy allegedly robbed the Community Credit Union on 377 Summer Street on June 23, police say.

Police also allege Hennessy is responsible for a robbery which occurred on May 13 at the Davis Square Citizens Banks on 212 Elm Street.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.
