Real Live Theatre Presents: "The Lion & The Clown"

WHAT: On December 5, Davis Square Theatre will set the stage for “The Lion & The Clown: A Rumi Lovesong for Beauty & the Beast.” In this live production, the audience will follow Sarah, a girl cursed into becoming a lioness, as she entangles herself into the life of a modern American down-on-its-luck circus. Written and directed by Ellen Morbyrne, this production filled with poetry, obscenity and magic ultimately demonstrates the power of choice and the redemptive force of love through this one-of-a-kind tale.
