THE SINCLAIR HOSTS FOUNDERS BEER DINNER: NOVEMBER 4TH

Chef Keenan Langlois Pairs Three Courses with Midwest-Brewed Suds

For one night only, Chef Keenan Langlois will step away from his gastropub-influenced American cuisine to present three courses of hearty, fall-inspired New England fare like Spiced Venison Carpaccio, Braised Rabbit and Chocolate Brioche Bread Pudding, served alongside four pours of Founders brews. Selected by Sinclair Bar Manager Adam Avelar to compliment the rustic meal, beer pairings will range from Specta Trifecta, a bright Kolsch-style ale brewed with chamomile, ginger and lemongrass, to KBS (Kentucky Breakfast Stout), a cave-aged brew made with coffee and chocolate.
