The Boston Credit Union gave SPD a gift basket for its efforts at Saturday's demonstration.

SOMERVILLE, MA – Assisting at the "Second Boston Free Speech Rally" came with some pretty sweet perks for the Somerville Police Department. The Boston Credit Union sent Somerville police a gift basket on Wednesday thanking them for their efforts in maintaining order at Saturday's demonstration on the Boston Common.
"On behalf of the City of Boston Credit Union, I would like to thank your department for a job well done in organizing, planning for and keeping peace and order during this past weekend's "free speech" demonstration on Boston Common and the large counter protest march," President and CEO of the City of Boston Credit Union Daniel Waltz wrote to Chief David Fallon.
