Somerville's HONK! Festival Featured in New York Times
HONK! has become a Somerville cultural export, the New York Times shows.

For those of you nursing a HONK! hangover, check out this New York Times article about the festival.
Titled "Sending a Message by Tooting Their Horns," the article talks about the festival, but also about the musicians and bands who travel from around the country to participate.
Although HONK! is a "festival of activist street bands," the Times says that "much of the festival felt more playful than political."
