Somerville Snow Emergency, Effective 1 p.m. Monday
Cars must be moved to the odd side of the road or to a municipal or school lot by 5 p.m. Monday.

With a blizzard on the way, the City of Somerville has declared a snow emergency, effective 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26.
Cars must be moved to the odd side of the road (unless otherwise noted) or to a municipal or school lot by 5 p.m. Monday, according to the city (map of available lots during the emergency). School lots will be available for parking starting at 3 p.m. Monday. Parking meters are not in effect during snow emergencies – however, once the emergency is lifted, they go back in effect.
