Stolen Car, Oxy Stash, Drunk Driving: Somerville Police Blotter

Monday, Aug. 7
• Jose Nunez, 32, of Somerville, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct after a police officer allegedly encountered him urinating on the sidewalk.

• Adrian Brooks, 37, of Hyde Park, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. and charged with larceny from a building/stealing for allegedly stealing a package. He also had Cambridge warrants for malicious destruction of property over $250, assault and battery on a family or household member, larceny from a building/stealing (2 counts), breaking and entering daytime for a felony and threatening to commit a crime.

• Christopher Gonsor, 30, of Somerville, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after police witnessed a fender bender.
Saturday, Aug. 12
• Kayla Davis, 20, of Lowell, was arrested at 1:02 a.m. and charged with receiving a stolen vehicle.
• Marvin Vivas, 19, of Somerville, and David Mendoza, 21, also of Somerville were arrested at 8:09 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug law. The two were among a group of four men in a car that had been involved in an alleged drug deal. Inside the car, officers found a bag containing 96 Oxycodone pills, 60 grams of marijuana and a black digital scale, police said.
Sunday, Aug. 13
• Christopher Brogna, 24, of Somerville, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor after a crash at the intersection of Pearl Street and Hillside Avenue.
