Two Somerville Cases Announced in Latest Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments

Two cases with ties to Somerville were announced in the Middlesex County grand jury indictments Tuesday.

SOMERVILLE, MA— Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between July 14 and July 28. Two cases with ties to Somerville were announced.

Here are the indictments, all of which involve incidents that allegedly occurred in Somerville:

Joseph Flynn, 24, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of a Class A substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.

Steca Thelemaque, 25, of Medford, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (2 counts), subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.
