Sudbury Counts 18 New Coronavirus Cases Over Past Week
The number of people in Sudbury who tested positive or are in quarantine stood at 133 on Monday.
SUDBURY, MA — Sudbury's coronavirus case count rose by 18 over the last week, local health officials said on Monday. The total number of people either in quarantine or who were positive for coronavirus stood at 133 as of Monday.
Sudbury uses three metrics to track local coronavirus cases. Those include the number of positive tests, the number people diagnosed only by a doctor (no test), and the number of people who have had contact with an infected person and are in quarantine.

The town also tracks the number of active cases, which is the number of people who are still sick as of a given reporting date. There were 50 active cases or quarantines as of Monday.
