For comprehensive resources and referrals, and also for information related to COVID-19, dial 211 or visit http://211.org/ or the SAMHSA Hotline at 1-800-985-5990. This hotline can also provide emotional support related to COVID-19.
If you have concerns about COVID-19 symptoms, contact your health care provider and The Department of Public Health at 617-983-6800. You must contact any doctor or healthcare facility before going in for treatment to ensure that they can take necessary precautions to protect you and other patients.
Donations and Gift card Information

The Social Work Office cannot accept any physical donations at this time.

The Sudbury Board of Health Social Work Office is working with HOPEsudbury to collect and donate gift cards to those without other access to resources.
Gift cards for places that deliver (grocery, pharmacy, large box stores, online retailers, restaurants) and debit gift cards to help pay bills are most helpful
Mail or drop off gift cards to: Melissa Perla, 35 Shadow Oak Drive Sudbury, MA 01776.
