Polly Titcomb's 8th Essex Bid Gains Select Swampscott Support
Titcomb's former Swampscott Select Board colleagues endorsed the one-time Chair's bid for state representative.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Former Swampscott Select Board Chair Polly Titcomb's bid to represent the 8th Essex district at the State House gained a boost from some familiar faces she spent plenty of time with around the table and on Zoom calls over the past two years.
Titcomb's former Select Board colleagues, current Select Board Chair Neal Duffy, Select Board member David Grishman, former Select Board Member Donald Hause and Select Board Member Peter Spellios, issued a joint endorsement of Titcomb run for state representative.
"Together we enthusiastically announce our support for Polly Titcomb, our former colleague on the Swampscott Select Board, to be our next State Representative for the 8th Essex District," Duffy said in a statement. "Polly listens, cares, and is ready. Polly is the only candidate with a proven track record of working tirelessly for the people she represents and for unapologetically fighting for those who have been historically marginalized or left out.
