Queen Elsa to Visit Swampscott Library

Anna will hold down the fort in Arendelle so her magical sister can visit the children in Swampscott.

It’s about to chill down in Swampscott, thanks to a visit from Arendelle’s magical Queen, Elsa.

Elsa will visit kids in Swampscott while they’re out of school for Winter Vacation on Dec. 30. She’ll be at the Swampscott Public Library, 61 Burrill St., at 2 p.m. that Tuesday to sing songs, play games and make tiaras and antlers with the kids.

The Snow Queen’s visit coincidentally coincides with a 50 percent chance of snowfall in Swampscott, according to The Weather Channel — that is, if you believe in coincidences. It’s the first day from now until Elsa’s visit that snow is in the forecast.
