WAKEFIELD, MA—Wakefield Police had a busy month of February. Here are some highlights from the February report.

Alleged Bomb Threat: Officers responded to an alleged bomb threat at Wakefield Memorial High School on Feb. 2. The school was evacuated and eventually normal school activities were restored.

Heroin Bust: On Feb. 13, officers arrested a man after a month-long investigation who had over 100 grams of heroin with a street value of over $10,000 dollars. The individual was arraigned in Malden District Court.

Officers responded to an Elm Square residents due to reports of an out-of-control male on Feb. 1. Officers were able to calm the individual in this "highly volatile" situation.

Officers made 15 arrests in February, fourteen of which were white males. $102,237 of stolen property was taken in February.

34 automobile accidents were reported, 8 of which were on Main Street.
