11 Displaced after Two-Alarm Fire in Waltham: Report
No one was injured in the Monday blaze, as everyone inside had fled the home on Highland Avenue by the time emergency crews arrived.

WALTHAM, MA – A two-alarm fire on Highland Avenue Monday afternoon left 11 people displaced, but unharmed.
According to a Waltham News Tribune report, firefighters were called to the home at 53 Highland Ave. shortly before 1 p.m. and arrived to find all of the occupants safely out of the building.
Crews from Waltham and Newton brought the blaze under control by 4:30, though 11 people were displaced as a result of the estimated $100,000 in damage, the News Tribune reported.
