8/2 Flower Arranging Workshop at Wright-Locke Farm

Learn how to make eye-catching arrangements this Sunday with host Soluna Garden Farm

The summer season is the perfect time of year to learn how to safely and healthfully preserve fruits and vegetables, make gorgeous flower arrangements, and forage for wild plants growing throughout the New England region. Wright-Locke Farm will host several adult education programs this summer exploring these topics through hands-on workshops.

The next program, a Flower Arranging Workshop hosted by Soluna Garden Farm, is this Sunday, August 2 from 10am- 12pm at the farm (78 Ridge Street, Winchester, MA). Instructors will discuss fundamental aspects for creating eye-catching arrangements (container and flower selection, arrangement structure, keeping flowers fresh) and finish with helping participants arrange a bouquet to take home. Flowers used during the workshop are certified organic and grown by Soluna Garden Farm and Wright-Locke Farm.

Workshop fee is $40 per person (ages 16+). Registration is required, but payment can be made the day of the workshop (exact cash or check only, please). Visit our website to sign up or to see our other adult education workshop offerings!
