START DATE: Thursday, April 5th.
Ends on Thursday, May 24.
WHEN: Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
WHERE: Waltham Recreation Department Gym, 510 Moody Street
LEAGUE SET‐UP
1. Teams will play 7 regular season games and 1 playoff week
2. League will have 8 teams. Each team will play 1 game per week.
3. The top 4 teams will participate in the single elimination tournament at the end of the season.
4. 5 v 5 format (Maximum 7 players per team)
5. Games will be played in two 20‐minute halves
REGISTRATION INFO.
TEAM SET‐UP & FEES
To register a team, you must have a minimum of 5 players. Team fee is $200 per team. A
captain is responsible for registration and payment for team. A deposit of $100 will be
due at time of registration. This fee will secure your spot in the league and is non‐refundable.
The remaining $100 must be paid before the first game of the season.
Individual sign up is available as well. Cost is $40 per person. You will be placed on a team
before the season starts.
