WALTHAM, MA - The following are excerpts from the Waltham police log.

Nov. 20

• At 7:48 p.m., Rony Valenzuela, 39, 18 Norumbega Terrace, Waltham, was arrested and charged intimidating a witness, assault and battery
• At 8:43 p.m., Antoine Edwards-Hicks, 28, 95 Cushing Ave., Dorchester, was arrested and charged with OUI-liquor (first offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI-drugs

Nov. 21

• At 6:18 a.m., Susan Lepera, 42, 11 Cheryl Lane, Waltham, was arrested and charged with violation of a harassment protection order

Nov. 23

• At 1:47 p.m., Robert MacDonald, 55, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a building for a misdemeanor
