Berry Park: An Illustrated Lecture of its history

Attend this talk to learn about the history of Berry Park, a 20-acre parcel abutting Prospect Hill Park, and the man for whom it is named.

Berry Park, a 20-acre wooded parcel abutting Prospect Hill Park was once the home of Abraham Hun Berry, a manufacturer, inventor, artist, farmer and Waltham Park Commissioner. The property was purchased by the Polaroid Corporation in 1968, was placed in a trust, and at some point will be transferred to the City of Waltham. WLT Board member, Marie Daly, will present the history of Berry Park on Sunday, July 24 at 1:30 PM at the Waltham Public Library. Please join the Waltham Land Trust for this free, public Waltham Historic Month program.
