The FDA has recently authorized the emergency use of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in individuals 12 years and older. Waltham Public Schools is pleased to announce that Osco Drug has offered to provide clinics at our two middle schools, and Waltham High School on the dates listed below. It is your choice whether or not you give permission for your student to receive this vaccine in school. The series is 2 injections, given 3 weeks apart.

Kennedy Middle School: May 21st, 12pm-4pmDose #2 June 11th, 12pm-4pm

McDevitt Middle School: May 27th, 12pm-4pmDose #2 June 17th, 12pm-4pm

Please sign up for an appointment below at your child’s school and have your student(s) bring a copy of the signed consent and a copy of their insurance card with them:
