Falls Prevention Awareness with Mount Auburn Hospital

Come join Mount Auburn Hospital on Wednesday, September 23rd for a free lunch and learn about how to significantly reduce your risk of falling.

During the event, participants will gain valuable insight about what they can do to prevent falls including:

• How exercise can improve balance and strength
• How reviewing your medications can be beneficial
• The importance of getting your vision and hearing checked
• Little adjustments that can be made to make the home safer

The event will take place between 11:30am and 1pm at Mount Auburn Hopital in Cambridge, MA.
