Health U. focuses on learning how to eat a healthier diet and increase physical activity as a way to lose weight. The sessions are hands-on and fun. Health U. participants receive nutrition education and engage in fun group activities, including physical activity and cooking. Parents receive training on supportive lifestyle techniques to encourage their son/daughter to meet achievable nutrition and physical activity goals.
