Local FASTSIGNS Provides Patriots' Victory Parade Signage Amid Snowstorm

The recent snowstorm didn’t stop the team at FASTSIGNS® of Waltham from creating thousands of printed materials, signs and visual graphics for the Patriots’ Super Bowl victory parade, held on Wednesday, Feb. 4.

“Even in the middle of a blizzard, my entire team came in to work to support the Patriots and the City of Boston to make sure the signage for the victory parade was ready in time,” said Shishir Mehta, owner of FASTSIGNS of Waltham.

FASTSIGNS of Waltham provided over 40 banners ranging from 5-feet wide up to 40-feet wide; 150 corrugated plastic name plates for the New England Patriot players; and 2,000 access badges for city officials, security and event staff. All of the signage was printed with the center’s eco-friendly HP Latex 360 printer and cut with a digital Zund cutter.

Carol Fournier, FASTSIGNS of Waltham’s sales manager, has worked on projects with the city since 2007 including parades for the Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. The center’s lead designer Michael Clafin, graphic designer Daniel Valencia, production specialist Travis Sanchez and outside sales professional Brendan Donovan also assisted in completing the Patriots victory parade signs.

“My team went above and beyond with this project,” Mehta said. “We are all die hard New England Patriots fans and we’re proud to be a part of the parade as the city makes history and celebrates the Patriots’ fourth Super Bowl win.”
