Malicious Destruction of Vehicle, Leaving Property Damage, Larceny: Waltham Arrests

WALTHAM, MA - The following are excerpts from the Waltham police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Nov. 24

• At 2:22 a.m., Saul Escobar-Barrera, 19, 176 Newton St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with malicious destruction to a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
• At 3:01 a.m., Michael Nutile, 23, 109 Cushing St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with attempting to commit a crime
• At 3:33 a.m.,Kevin Handricken, 29, 172 Summer St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage
• At 5:16 p.m., David Conley, 32, 22 Adams St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with three counts of larceny over $250
