'Near Zero Visibility' on I-95 in Waltham

The National Weather Service is reporting at visibility is near-zero with blowing and driving snow, with roads snow-covered, along I-95 at the Cambridge Reservoir in Waltham.

Wind chills, they warn, are approaching dangerously cold readings and people should avoid exposing themselves to the elements if possible.
