Recent Arrests in Waltham

Monday, Dec. 1

Tyler Collett, 19, of 143 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. Monday on a warrant for distribution of a Class A drug and possession of a Class A drug.

Victor Lascano, 69, of 36 Gordon St., Waltham, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Monday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (first offense), an open container violation and driving on a sidewalk.

Sunday, Nov. 30

Derick Chilin, 26, of 47 Bacon St., Waltham, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. Sunday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended/revoked and failure to yield at an intersection.

Friday, Nov. 28

Joseph Velez, 31, of 117 Pigeon Lane, Waltham, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. Friday on a warrant for kidnapping of a minor by a relative.

Michael Pirone, 50, of 5212 Stearns Hill Road, Waltham, was arrested at 5:24 a.m. Friday and charged with possession of a Class E drug. Pirone also had a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, Nov. 25

Daniel Malonson, 35, of 120 Robbins St., Waltham, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for armed robbery.

Salman Usman, 27, of 108 Parkview Road, Waltham, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for distribution of a Class B drug.
