Regis College Children's Center Open House

Regis College Children’s Center is hosting an Open House on Saturday February 7, 2015 from 10 am - 12.

RCCC is a NAEYC accredited program for children 15 months - 5 years. A variety of schedule options, including half and full day are available. Focusing on a play based approach to learning children experience an emergent curriculum where skills are learned through children’s interests.

The Regis Campus is our classroom as we travel from the Science Labs; where we are taught chemistry, life science and biology from college faculty to the athletic fields where we play and watch our soccer team. The children utilize the gymnasium, fine arts center, dance studio, nature trails, and library. College faculty engage with the children surrounding foreign language, environmental science, health practices, yoga and STEM programs. Sessions with a music specialist are regularly incorporated. We utilize student teachers, assistants and interns to offer a low teacher to child ratio.

Families receive an electronic report of their child’s day including pictures and highlights of the learning that takes place. We strive to build a positive relationship with families through consistent communication and events.
