Still Looking for Missing Waltham Woman: Police
Police say they have unable to locate Sara Laroche. If you have seen her help the police and her family find her.

WALTHAM, MA — It's been nearly two weeks, and Waltham Police say despite their best efforts and the tips that have come in, they have not found the woman who went missing from Waltham on May 25.
"We’ve just about turned over every rock and stone in the city. The last place we saw her on camera crossing Main Street and Exchange," said Detective Sgt. Joseph Guigno.
Sara Laroche went missing on May 25 near the area of Brook Avenue and was last seen wearing a long blue skirt, a yellow sweatshirt and a dark knit hat. Police said they looked for her on both May 26 and 27, but were unable to find her. They've pulled several images of her on Moody and Main streets from surveillance footage but have yet to locate her. The 73-year old woman is new to the city and only speaks Creole and might have dementia, said police.

Still, Guigno implores anyone who may have seen the woman to report it to the police and to check their yard, just in case.
"If you have some property or some shed or garage you haven’t checked on in a while just go out and give it another check," he said.

Guigno said Waltham police put out a silver alert, have put out bulletins across the state and the region trains and the MBTA and have even been in contact with Florida officials, where she came from, just in case.
"We’ve had numerous sightings reported. but they all turned out not to be her," he said. The department has been to Watertown and Newton investigating reports. "We’re just doing what ever we can to try and figure out where she may have gone," he said.
In the mean time the department has one more lead they're looking into: Someone with a private camera on their property looked and thought they might have an image of her.
