Tuesday Evening Community Meditation in Newton
Learn meditation designed for all levels every Tuesday evening from 6:30 - 7:30 pm at BodyWise Wellness Center (next to Trader Joe's!)

The benefits of meditation are shown to include: better control of thoughts and emotions, lower stress and anxiety, improved focus and concentration, increased happiness and a healthier experience of life. Various types of meditation techniques are explored and include: mantra, mindfulness, lovingkindness, gratitude, breath awareness, and body awareness.
Join Lisa Campbell and an ever-growing community of like-minded friends who come together each week to meditate. Learn different meditation techniques and how to cultivate your own daily practice. Wear comfortable clothes. Drop-ins welcome. $72 / 4 class series (redeemable over 6 weeks).
