Waltham Arrest Log, Aug. 11-14: Three Arrested For Night Theft

Friday, Aug. 12
Matthew Nutile, 18, of 109 Cushing St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Raimondo Alonge, 54, of 17 Lauricella Ln, arrested and charged with destruction of property more than $250, and assault and battery.

Saturday, Aug. 13
Philip DiDuca, 61, of 135 Lauricella Ln, arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

Sunday, Aug. 14
Jeffrey Malkofsky, 17, of 54 Bedford St., arrested and charged with receiving stolen property more than $250, conspiracy, and breaking and entering into a boat (nighttime).
Danny Tran, 17, of 262 Crescent St., arrested and charged with receiving stolen property more than $250, conspiracy, and breaking and entering into a boat (nighttime).
Donald Sheppard, 17, of 8 Underwood Pk., arrested and charged with receiving stolen property more than $250, conspiracy, and breaking and entering into a boat (nighttime).
Dolores Ramos, 42 of 25 Derby St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
