Waltham Arrest Log: Aug. 25 - 28: Several Arrested For DUI

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Aug. 25

Jodvin Teo, 24, of 21 Chester Ave., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense) negligent operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Edward Aucoin, 42, of 39 Hammond St., arrested on an outstanding warrant for a drug violation near a school and distributing a class B substance.

Friday, Aug. 26

James Guillet, 26, o 75 Rich St., arrested and charged with larceny over $250 and breaking and entering (daytime felony).

Saturday, Aug. 27

Justin Switzer, 41, of 42 Cherry St., arrested and charged with possession of a class D substance (subsequent offense), distribution of a class D substance, possession of a class B substance, possession of a class C substance and distributing a class C substance.

Selvin Orizabal-Alvarez, 24, of 96 Chestnut St., arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Isai Reyes, 24, of 28 Charles St., arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Luis Vara, 41, of 934 Main St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Sunday, Aug. 28

Anthony Holland, 23, homeless, arrested and charged with trespassing, assault and battery and destruction of property.

Justo Arevale, 32, of 23 Browns Ave., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.

Jonathan Orellana, 19, of 104 Arlington St., Hyde Park, arrested and charged violating an abuse prevention order.

Stephen Cerchione, 23, of 25 Thaxter Rd., Newton, arrested on an outstanding warrant for refusing to indentify himself as the driver of a vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of failing to stop or yield, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was also arrested on new charges of driving an uninsured trailer and driving with a suspended license.
