Lim and nine other acts performed their last (judged) act Tuesday night (as 13 million people viewed) and America had the opportunity to vote for their favorite. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. EST on NBC it was a drama infused live show as America crossed their fingers, heard the stories behind all the talent and watched a star-studded line up with the AGT acts teaming up with established groups like KISS, Garth Brooks and the Struts.
Who was left at the finals? Violinist Brian King Joseph, opera singer Daniel Emmet, Commedian Vicki Barbolak, singer Glennis Grace, the acrobatic group Zurcaroh, comedian Samuel J. Comroe, singer Courtney Hadwin, Lim, then husband/wife acrobatic act Duo Transcend and then Michael Ketterer.

KISS opened the show Wednesday night and then one by one the musical AGT acts took the stage with headlining acts, proving they could hold their own. From Hadwin singing along side the Struts, to Michael Ketterer singing a song written just for him by Garth Brooks it was a show.
It was mostly performances until about 9:30 p.m. And then drama as Banks announced the first of the cuts, pulling up two acts and then cutting one of them to let America know who made it into the Top 5:
- The act that took the first spot in the Top 5: acrobatic group Zurcaroh. Duo Transcend did not make it.
- The act that took the second spot: violinist Brian King Joseph. Glennis Grace did not make it.
- The act that got the third spot: Magician Shin Lim. Daniel Emmet did not.
- The act that took the fourth spot: Comedian Samuel J. Comroe. Vicki Barbolak did not.
- And the last spot went to: singer Michael Ketterer. Courtney Hadwin did not make it.
Earlier Lim took the stage again with two actors and Banks to perform. He made them cry, sort of. "How'd you do that?!" one exclaimed after the trick.
"You are a card ninja warrior," said actor Matt Iseman.
