July 20, 10:45 p.m., James Contreras, 50, 15 Summer St., Waltham, arrested and charged with OUI (second offense), marked lanes violation, driving with suspended license
July 21, 6:04 p.m., Justin Maclellan, 29, 51 Springfield St., Somerville, was arrested and charged on a warrant and driving with a suspended license

July 23, 9:12 a.m., Yefri Lima, 29, homeless, arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony
