Waltham Police: 2 Arrests for Assault on Family; OUI; Disturbing the Peace

Oct. 5

• At 3:03 p.m., Alexis Zimmermann, 19, 85 Elliott St., Danvers, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 (two counts)

Oct. 7

• At 1:52 a.m., Nathanial Ayuk, 32, 109 Columbia St., Malden, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured vehicle
• At 2:15 a.m., Brian Gonzalez, 19, 18 Shore Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage, marked lanes violation, OUI (liquor)
• At 2:38 p.m., Luis Perez, 21, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, assault and battery on a family member/household member, destruction of property over $250
• At 6:53 p.m., Roberto Paez-Garcia, 47, 62 Brown St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family member/household member
• At 11:15 p.m., Zein Bukenya, 38, 2 Arthur St., Lowell, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace, resisting arrest
