Waltham Police: Arrests for Arson, Shoplifting, OUI

Sept. 11

• At 3:38 p.m., Michael LeBlanc, 27, 57 Sofia Road, Stoughton, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, possessing a burglarious instrument

Sept. 12

• At 1 a.m., Gilmar Guerra, 38, 84 Pond St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B drug
• At 2:43 a.m., Phillip Wuonola, 24, 24 High St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug
• At 5:26 p.m., Billy Noel, 40, 74 Tudor St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with speeding, OUI, failing to stop for police, failure to stop or yield
• At 10:09 p.m., Anthony Smith Pacheco, 20, 262 Crescent St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony, assault, arson of a dwelling, threat to commit a crime
