For centuries in East Asia, millions have used Tai Chi and Gigong to relieve stress and build a healthy condition. According to the Harvard Medical School, Tai Chi practice can help flexibility, balance, and aerobic conditioning. In addition, practice can help reduce blood pressure, increase bone density and help improve sleep quality.[1]
Tai Chi and Gigong focuses on matching your breath with your movement. Practice helps connect the two naturally and can improve stamina and lung capacity. Practice helps enhance coordination and develop both external and internal strength.
These 45-minute lessons meet once per week and will teach you movements and the principles of how to practice it correctly to improve balance and maximize stress relief. An additional practice time is available on Mondays from 6 to 6:30 p.m.

Tai Chi and GiGong can be practiced by anyone. No matter what shape you're in, this form can help you build strength, improve balance, and improve breath control. Regular practice can help reduce blood pressure and increase your energy level so you feel alert and energized.
