The former storefront of Exfile.com is now just a vacant standalone building in a prime location in Wayland's historic district.

The building, up for sale or lease, stands across from Wayland's Grout-Heard House and was apparently the town's original post office, according to the the listing with Benoit Mizner Simon and Co.

The building at 25 Cochituate Road is listed for $280,000. The real estate listing claims the location would be best used as office space or a retail shop. There are 650 square feet available that include storage, a bathroom and kitchenette.
