West Roxbury Civic and Improvement Association Meeting

The following is the agenda for the WRCIA meeting:

1. Cheriton Heights Senior Housing – update on ledge removal (including blasting) process, procedures and response to any questions.  Present will be: General Contractor, CWC Builders; J. DeRenzo Company the Earthwork vendor (blaster); The Community Builders, the Architect Nunes-Trabucco and other members of the development/design team from AABA/Cheriton Heights.
2.  International Greek Market, 5204 Washington Street (Corner of Grove) seeks variance to obtain a beer and wine license.  Attorney Anthony Ross will be present.
3.  Guest Speaker Felix Arroyo, At-Large City Councilor
4. Dues $10.

Invited guests:  State Senator Mike Rush, State Representative Ed Coppinger, Matt O’Malley, City Councilor, Capt. James Hasson and Sgt. Ken Jameson.

All West Roxbury residents, members and businesspersons are encouraged to attend.
