Westwood Police Log: Harassing Phone Calls, Texting Issues

March 22, 2:17 p.m. - Westwood Police responded to in response to a report that a resident had dealt with a phone call they believed to be a scam.

Officers responded to provide advice on how to deal with, and potentially avoid, future calls.

March 23, 8:54 a.m. - Police addressed an issue relating to inappropriate text messages and voicemails a juvenile had left on a resident's cell phone.

Police addressed the issue and dealt with the matter, short of any type of criminal investigation.
