Lock on Sharps Container Damaged
Nov. 16, 9:32 a.m. - Westwood Police received a report that the lock on a Sharps container at the had been damaged.
The container is meant for needle disposal, and while the lock on it was damaged, police said there were no pry marks or indications that anything from the container was stolen.

Pickup Damaged on University Avenue
Nov. 17, 8:04 a.m. - The tail passenger light and rear portion of a 2008 Chevrolet pickup truck were damaged on University Avenue, police said.

The owner of the vehicle reported that the tail light was severely damaged and hanging, and that large scratch marks were visible on the passenger-side tailgate.
The vehicle was reportedly parked there for two days and it was not immediately clear when the damage had been done.
