Westwood Police Log: Suspicious Activity at NSTAR, Tent Dwellers Set Up Camp

NSTAR Trespassers
Nov. 28, 3:41 p.m. - Westwood Police received a report from staff at NSTAR on NSTAR Way, off University Avenue, that four parties were seen trespassing on the premises as seen on surveillance footage.
Those trespassers, police said, were on the property without authorization, and entered the complex through a lower lot before moving to the upper lot, where footage showed them sliding down a railing.

Unwanted Tent Dwellers

Nov. 29, 5:03 p.m. - A resident of Westdale Road reported to police that an unwanted person had pitched a tent on their property.
Police responded to the area and discovered a number of pitched tents at the rear of the property; the tents were unoccupied.
The individuals responsible for setting up the tents were later advised that they weren't welcome and asked to remove their belongings, police said.
