
It’s Time to Walk the Walk
Celebrate Autism Awareness with NuPath to support their Autism Division
Woburn, MA April 20, 2012: NuPath, Inc. will host its second annual “Walk the Walk with NuPath to Celebrate Autism Awareness” on April 28, 2012 from 9AM to 12PM. The event, held at the Stony Brook Middle School Track located at 9 Farmer Way in Westford, is an event open to all ages and abilities that will help fund NuPath’s Autism Division. The event boasts many family friendly activities which include: face painting, a bubble station, kite flying by Kites Over New England (weather permitting), raffles, prizes, live music by Strictly Overtime and more! With the CDC’s recent report that 1 in 88 children have an Autism Spectrum Disorder, Autism Awareness is more important than ever. NuPath, Inc., as a nonprofit organization supporting adults with developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorders, is proud to help spread that awareness with a celebration. “Walk The Walk celebrates how far Autism Awareness has come but also hopes to increase awareness throughout the community as well,” says Sheri McCann, President and CEO of NuPath.
