The CHB mobile blood drive unit will be at the Clapp-Goodyear Elementary School on Thursday, June 2, from 9am until 3pm.
Trent Kelley was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma on June 2, 2008. He was just shy of his 7th birthday at the time. Trent spent the next 26 months receiving chemotherapy, radiation, and countless other treatments and procedures at Children's Hospital Boston and the Jimmy Fund at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Trent is now a healthy and happy boy who loves baseball, school, video games, and his cat!
To honor the third anniversary of his diagnosis, the Kelley family and the Clapp-Goodyear School will be hosting a blood drive in Trent's honor. Trent's dad, Jon, is a 1990 Woburn High graduate and Trent's grandparents and other family still live in Woburn. His great-aunt is first grade teacher Mrs Ellen Mahoney at CGY and Trent's cousin Kelsey is a second grader at the school. This will be the fourth time the CHB mobile blood drive unit has come to Woburn in honor of Trent, thanks especially to Kindergarten teacher Ms. Shannon McDonough and Erin Ficociello, Trent's aunt.
