Guest speaker will be Phil Catanzano who is an Attorney at the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights. Formerly, Mr. Catanzano represented pro bono clients with special education needs before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals while a private litigator at the offices of Mintz Levin in Boston.
